Last Friday, the Biden’s Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) signaled the release of new mask guidelines. The new guidelines will recommend that Americans can now go indoors without wearing a mask.
While it’s true that the Covid cases and deaths are declining, Biden was skeptical of lessening mask restrictions just a few ago. On February 10th, he said easing mask requirements was “probably premature”. Blue states, such as Massachusetts, are easing their restrictions. Are the reactions from states and localities a reflection of what Biden will announce in his state of the union?
Biden is hugely unpopular and seems to perform poorly on nearly every issue. He and the Democrats will likely try to score political points from Covid. Just in time for the State of the Union. Pelosi also announced that the House was lifting its mask mandates too.
